"Shipping was "way" faster than I expected"
I ordered a few heat transfer sheets on Monday and thought I’d be waiting most of the week. To my surprise, it shipped the same day and showed up at my door in just 2 days.
Everything was packed well too, but the shipping speed was the part that really made me happy. No tracking stress, no waiting around, just "quick" and easy. I’ll definitely order again.

"Pretty good help when I needed it"
I had a small issue with my order or account, nothing too crazy, but their customer service got back to me really fast and sorted it out without making it a big thing. when something gets fixed quickly, I kind of assume the whole company is doing a good job, so yeah, I was happy with it.

My order from heattransferwarehouse.com showed up boxed really nicely. Nothing was bent, smashed, or messed up, and the vinyl was just protected better than I expected. I’ve had orders from other places arrive all wrinkled before, so this was a nice change. It’s a simple thing, but it really does matter. I’d order again.

"Return was easy overall"
I had to return a roll because it was the wrong size, which felt like a preventable mix-up, but the return process itself went smoothly. The refund took a few days to come through, though support got back to me fairly quickly. Not perfect, but overall it was handled fairly.

"Tons of vinyl to choose from"
I was just looking for a couple of HTV colors and, from the way the site was laid out, I could tell quickly they probably had way more than I originally needed. There were so many brands, sizes, and specialty options all in one place. It made comparing everything easy, and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely shop here again.

I’ve ordered a few similar items before where the colors were way off, so I was happy this one mostly matched what I expected. One shade was a little different, but overall it looked close and worked fine for me.

The application tips were super easy to follow, and my vinyl pressed on nicely. I did have to tweak the time a little, which was kind of ridiculous, but once I adjusted it, everything worked out fine. Overall, it helped a lot and I’d definitely use it again.

"The vinyl was damn good quality and..."
The vinyl was damn good quality and pressed on really nicely. The colors looked right too, so no real complaints there. I’m knocking off one star because one sheet showed up with a small crease, which was kind of a dumb little pain, but I was still able to use most of it.
